Terms of Use

Guess Score does not offer real-money betting, gambling, cash rewards, or financial prizes. The app does not process real-money transactions related to gameplay outcomes.

All points, rankings, achievements, badges, and other gameplay indicators are virtual features intended solely for entertainment and friendly competition. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be exchanged for anything of value outside the app.

Users may not use the app to organize, promote, or participate in real-money betting activities.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to use the app.

By creating an account or using the app, you confirm that:

• You meet the applicable age requirements.
• The information you provide is accurate and current.
• You are legally permitted to use the service under applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users.
• Upload malicious software, scripts, or harmful content.
• Attempt to manipulate gameplay systems, leagues, rankings, achievements, or leaderboards.
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended mechanics.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the app or its services.
• Use automation, bots, cheats, or unauthorized third-party tools.
• Use the app to organize, promote, or participate in real-money betting activities.

The app allows users to create and share content, including but not limited to:

• Usernames
• Profile images
• League names
• League chat
• Social interactions with other users

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and agree not to upload content that is unlawful, offensive, abusive, harassing, infringing, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Guess Score a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app as necessary to provide the service.

Moderation is triggered by user reports, reported violations, or operational review. When notified of a potential issue, Guess Score may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Review reported content.
• Moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
• Restrict access to content or features where necessary to maintain platform safety and compliance.
• Suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive or harmful behavior.

We do not pre-screen all user content. Users may report inappropriate content or behavior through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting us at support@guescore.com.

The app, including its software, design, graphics, branding, interfaces, text, and other non-user content, is owned by Guess Score or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the app without prior written permission.

The app may include virtual features such as points, rankings, achievements, badges, and other gameplay indicators.

These virtual features:

• Have no real-world monetary value.
• Cannot be redeemed for money or financial assets.
• Are non-transferable outside the app.
• May be modified, removed, or reset at any time.

The app may rely on third-party services such as authentication providers, analytics providers, hosting infrastructure, or push notification services.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Guess Score and its affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, reputation, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the app.

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable laws, or the integrity of the platform.

You may stop using the app at any time.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

When updates are made, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Guess Score operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
